i've put that setup in a couple of cars.the GSR tranny makes for a HUGE improvement over the LS tranny.

Does the GSR have an LSD stock??? I don't think it does...
I thought ITR CTR were the only stock B LSD'd trannies.

i thought you could get a gsr tranny with lsd, but im not sure, i know squat about hondas, pops raised me on american muscle, thanks for all the input by the way

if i'm not mistaken,some of the JDM GSRs came with factory LSDs.
or you could get a US GSR tranny and throw an ITR LSD in it-that's what i did.

I think you're right... and after I thought about it... jdm b16 equiped civics had an lsd option as well... some of the clusters have a traction control light.

I have never had the LS tranny with a LS motor, so I cant say how much of a improvement it is after getting the GSR tranny, but I can say that cruising on the highway at like 60-70 with the GSR I was up there at like 4k rpms... which sucked for gas mileage, and also put a bit of strain on the motor...
but with that setup I was fairly quick, and could hold my own against a lot of the cars I found on the street...

yeah well i drove my friends ls, but something got messed up and he had a B16 tranny, and cruising at 45, his car was at 4500rpm, so it wasnt too much fun, what did your car top out at?
