LS to Ej2 swap....Fuel Line/Throttle Cable (Searched)
OBD-1 B18b into EJ2
Let's break this down..
My friend has told me that he used a stock DX throttle cable for his B18b swap (I'll trust his 8 yrs exp as a honda tech).. but has anyone else done this with modification to the bracket?
How about the fuel line? It seems that the fuel line for LS is a bit longer but haven't been able to find anything on this.

Custom make some kind of bracket which has 2 sets of 2 holes drilled into it; one set so the stock bracket can be bolted onto it, and one set so it can be bolted up to the IM. Just eye it up and it will probably come out fine. If you don't feel like making one, tons of companies like Hasport sell them.
