What?

An LS is no different to build than any other honda motor. It has a crankshaft, four rods, and four pistons, and an interferance head. Just like any other B.

Will you be doing this yourself? If so, then you either need to read up a lot, or just have it done professionally. There is more work to doing an LS/vtec than a normal B-swap, only because you need to drill for the vtec, but both are pretty involved if you don't know what you are doing.

If you search LS/vtec, you will find just about any info you could possibly ask for.
Also, here is info on swapping a B-series.

*Edit* I just realized that you already have an LS, but if you don't know what you are doing, it is still a bit of work.
