Default LS brake Conversion on an EK

I recently got a whole LS brake system include MC, and Prop. Valve. I want to know what I should do about swapping it all over, are the front brakes the same size as my 98 EX and is the Master Cylinder an upgrade over my stock one. I am not sure how to read if it is 15/16 or 1inch or whatever. I know I am gonna need Si(99-00) Prop Valve, Brake lines, E-brake lines. Basically I am what to know any suggestions on what I should do. By the way, I found a great link that I will share for others trying to do this swap. http://www.hazone.com/hdiscswap.htm

the front rotors are the same size, calipers are different though. I think the LS calipers are slightly bigger. You should be fine wit the EX master its 7/8.

I know there is a why to find the size of the Master Cylinder but I am not sure how to determine it. Do you happen to know?
