Default LS Block setup

I have a ls block that I'm going to get filled, what pistons and rods should I go with if I'm going all motor.... How much power dos yah make with the setup you had.

Eagle rods and p30 pistons. But really, use the advanced search option. There are lots of threads that would offer you great information.
