LS b18B Compression test results after adjusting valves
Okay So i have a LS-T b18b and here were my results before adjusting my valves, and only having 1 skinny long mounting bolt for the starter (it was kinda moving around)
Cyl 1 Cyl 2 Cyl 3 Cyl 4
170 160 155 165
after adjusting my valves and adding the 2nd mounting bolt, which made starting the car alot faster. here are my results (these are both after warming up the car btw.)
Cyl 1 Cyl 2 Cyl 3 Cyl 4
198 188 185 190
i don't know If I adjusted the valves incorrectly? or if the starter had anything to do with it? but it seemed to rise a big amount. Is valve adjustment or starter mounting bolt more of what has to do with it? does this sound right?
thanks.
