Default Lowering the ride

I'm lowering my Del Sol with Tein S. Tech springs only I'm not going to change shocks for a few months. The car will be lowered around 1.5 - 1.75". Will the shocks give out if it's lowered that much? I already know it's probably going to bounce a little when driving.

i believe those springs are considered "soft", but more stiffer than stock. good springs. get shocks at the same time, installation will cost you less, if you're not doing it yourself.
