Default Lowering of my 97 civic coupe

Hey Guys,

I was planning on lowering my civic 2.0 in the front and 1.65 in the rear. I was wondering if there will be any need of chamber kits or anything such like that, other then a well done alignment. will my stock ball joints, tie rod ends and all handle that drop?

Thanks

Well my 95 EX has coilovers with a pretty wicked drop, at least 1 1/12 inch and everything has been fine.

get a alingment and you will be just fine, unless, you dont want camber, then you will need a camber kit up front, and one in rear or you can do the washer trick..
and you dont need to bump your thread 3 times in a hour.

defiancy your eg is lowerd 11 inches? i call bull ****. need pics

You don't need a camber kit and everything will be fine with that moderate drop. Just be sure to get an alignment done afterwards.

I think he meant "1 1/2 (1.5)" inches. It's a typo.

thats not a pretty "wicked drop" as he says i hope thats what meant, theres no way in hell anyone is getting a honda that low, it would literly be on the ground.
