Default Lower suspension crown nut removal

I found that when I was dismantleing my suspension that the lower crown nut/bolt assembly was damaged in that the bolt was broken off where the cotter pin is supposed to be. I think I should replace this before driving too hard on it, honda put it there for a reason. I tried removing the hub from the lower a-arm with a hammer, that did not work. I need to know how you all remove the hub from the A-arm, and then would that bolt need to be pressed out or can I just whack it out? Thanks all.
