lower control arms
are there any benefits, aside from the bling, of having aftermarket LCA's? if so, which one outperforms the rest? having a sturdy LCA wouldnt put more pressure on the rear subframe would it?

Re: lower control arms (pearlblueb16)
the only major benefit to aluminum LCA's is less unsprung weight and pissibly a stiffer joint between the two joints
IMHO the stockies work more than fine

what's the benefit of stamping over casting iron? if the OEM ITR are lighter does that mean they are stonger as well? doesnt the ITR rear lower control arms also change the strut application on a civic?

ITR LCA's won't work on an EK. EK LCA's are quite a but longer than ITR ones. I speak from experience, I have 2 brand new R LCA's that won't fit my EK. I was hoping the difference in length would be small enough to adjust out but, it's way too much. That also holds for the GSR LCA's which are the same length as the ITR ones.
