Default Low RPM surging

I have a 96 civic with b16a2. I drive to work and home fine today with no problems. I parked it for about an hour and went out again and started to get a really strong surge at low RPMs. Once I get to like 3-4k RPMs it stops though. Anyone know what it could be?

Vacuum leaks, and either low coolant, or an air bubble in the coolant would cause the problem.

Could too much coolant cause it? And yes it is a violent jerk. After parking it for another hour and driving again it stopped. I did fix a coolant leak and when I added more I added a little bit too much

no any execs would just flow out when you filled it I think this is a case of air in the system. bleed it and see what happens.

Dirty/Clogged IACV would cause this also.
