Default low idle???misfires???

just recently did obd2a to obd1 conversion in a 96 hatch..swapped in a 94 b18a switched the dizzy from obd1 to a obd2a (from a LS)...fired it up, it starts...okay..now i go for a test drive, going about normal speeds (25-40) driving normally no beating or anything the car seems to miss fire..at idle the car idles very ver low..(500-600rpm)...can the IACV cause this..or is the timing off??also no engine check light..

I would get the timing is off since the distributors are swapped. IACV's are more of an idle thing. It could be stuck wide open, if you unplug it it should close and you'll have very low idle, but no difference in regular driving.
