Take off your FITV valve and clean the isht out of it. also check your wires, i had the same problem and turned out to be my wires.

Re: Low idle.. (cleaned IACV already)
I have a question on how to set the idle set screw.. Just to make sure I was adjusting the right screw, the screw is a 2.5 metric hex right? I am wondering why When I try turning it clockwise or counter-clockwise it wouldn't budge.. now I partially stripped the screw... I don't know why it didn't turn, and why do you have to unplug the electrical plug to the IACV?? before adjusting the screw.. that I didn't do...
