Low Fuel Warning Light(No Workie)
Has anyone ever had any problems with thier low fuel warning light not working. I replaced the bulb and checked for blown fuses but it still does not work. Is there any way I can bypass the sensor to make sure that the sensor is bad. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Re: Low Fuel Warning Light(No Workie) (2trix)
i have a 97 hatch.w/si cluster
when my gas gets REALLLLLLLLY low, like 10 miles left on the tank, then the light pops up. so i usually dont wait for the light to come on.

Yeah, I think that's the way mine is, too. In daylight, I can see the little gas tank outline on my gauge cluster, but I've only seen it go off maybe once or twice. I think it waits until the gas tank is empty and then goes off. I don't rely on it, anyway. I fill up around 270 miles.

Re: Low Fuel Warning Light(No Workie) (JUN EK9)
I'm not even sure about my fuel light. I just put an ex cluster in my 1996 dx hatch and my fuel needle seems way lower than the previous cluster. When I put the ex cluster in, I saw that the dx one was on half a tank, so I moved the gas needle on the ex one to half a tank too to match it. Now when I am running the car, it shows I have a quarter of a tank and when I'm at high rpm's (around like 5k)(high for a d16y7 ) it almost goes close to E. What the hell is wrong with that thing? Direct cluster swap my @ss They didn't say that you have to now guess how much gas you have left when your driving cause the gas needle does what it wants. I guess I'll start using the mile counter as my new gas meter But as alway, ANY help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Low Fuel Warning Light(No Workie) (CRITTERMATT)
I have a 2000 EX. The light used to work but here recently it stopped. Its kind of a pain because sometimes I get 320miles per tank and at other times over 400. It just depends on how and where I drive. So the gauge has come in very handy letting me know whan I get low. It is kind of like that SEINFELD episode when they wanted to see how far they could go on a tank of gas.

In order for the light to come on in the JDM cluster, you have to install the low fuel level indicator inside your gas tank. 92-95 civics don't have those i believe. You can get one off an integra

so you have a light warning...that means you got one ...but its not working...
you said fuses are good and the bulb right..
it might be your floater...inside the tank...stuck???
