loud spinning noise at 40mph+
i hear this loud spinning sound comming from one of the wheels that happens when im at about 40mph+ the sound fills up the entire car. sounds like a "woom woom woom woom woom woom" .
any ideas bad tires? wheel bearings? sounds like its coming from the back.

Re: loud spinning noise at 40mph+ (8krdline)
my car also gave me a "woom wooom" noise when I would drive at lower speeds. at first I thought bad bearings, but i had em all checked and they all turned out to be fine. Turned out it was comming from a hole in my exhaust pipe between the resonator and my stainless exhaust. Replaced the pipe instead of patching, which fixed noise, so that could be somethign to look at. the hole was small, and idk exactly why but i guess it was in the right spot to make that noise for me. hope that helps.
