Default Loss in power from 3500-4000rpm? any ideas?

94 b16a coupe. this is a new 1 too me. when driving and hit 3500 their is a loss in power up till 4000 4500rpm. you can feel a slight hold back like you just applied the hand brake and it dosent increase speed and rpm as fast as it normaly would. used to do it at 3000-3500rpm somtimes but now its doing it almost all the time. replaced spark plugs, rotor, leads, icm serviced not too long ago along with fuel filter. going on bout 3 weeks now???

Have you tried checking your MAP or TPS sensors?

Was the distributor cap inspected or replaced? You might want to check the ignition timing with a timing gun.

check and see if your dizzy wiring is tight in the dizzy plugs and see if the screw that holds the rotor in didn't back.

If it were me I'd check the cheap stuff first. Have you checked the fuel filter? My friend had a similar problem with his. Thought I'd just throw that in there.

Check all your vacuum lines and get some throttle body cleaner.
