Default LOSING POWER ON TYPE R SWAP!! HELP

OK so i finished my typer R swap on my 95 HB. The car started showing CEL and then you could smell it after driving that its running to rich, which is what one of my buddies told me that if the CEL is on it will run rich. When i first drove it the car hauled ***, but now that the check engine light comes on after driving it a few miles it has no power and VTEC doesnt engage at all. My speedometer doesnt work at all but all the other gauges do i.e. RPMS,fuel, temp so i doubt it is the cluster and leaning towards the VSS. Does anyone know the wiring sequence for the VSS for a 98 JDM Integra Type R? Any other ideas will greatly help.

the CEL is showing code 17 which is the vss speed sensor but i replaced the speed sensor and still the same thing im thinking maybe the wiring is the problem. Im trying right now to run it straight to the ecu.

If you have stock ecu, without VSS working, you won't get any VTEC. I been there, check your wires on the VSS again from the ecu to the engine bay something might be loosing somewhere there...

i found the VSS on the pinouts from the ECU which is b10 it was a yellow n blue wire traced it into the engine bay where it plugged into by the shock tower and the wire on the opposite side was a yellow/red i think i dont remember tried unhooking that one and hooked it into the pinouts on the connectors at the shock tower and ran it from there straight to the VSS but still nothing.
