Ive been thinking about getting some stage three cams for my stock fresh rebuilt ls, the only thing is my friend with a stock b16a put in some stage 3 blox cams and bent three valves because his valve train is stock. I was wondering where I could go to get what I need, and what all I need to upgrade my head to support and get the most gains out of some crower stage 3s.

what am I looking at though, I know that I need valves retainers and springs. should I get just oem titanium ones or staged valves and so on?
