you will need the pulley from a d-series engine. any civic equipped with a d-series and a/c will work.

thanks for the fast reply. Here is the lowdown of the situation. 96 DEL SOL SI (D16y8) We just swaped in a 94 b18c1 tonight. and we had that bracket from ebay. so what your saying is my d16y8's pully can be used on that bracket?

Also Im looking for a straight thru cat that will bolt up to my evo2 exhaust and jdm itr header w/2.5" collector. also need the gasket for that connection. could you help with that? thanks sooo much.

can't help with the exhaust, but i can with the a/c. you see the bracket you bought off of ebay is for a b16, also found on the 94-95 del sol. those production years, honda used the same compressor found in your 96 del sol (with the d-series of coarse). just take the pulley off of the old bracket and put it on the new bracket.

I got it. Just wanted to make sure you new the situation and that I understood you correctly. thanks a bunch man!! take care. Just talked to the guy that helped me with the swap and he said he checked it yesterday and the pulley wouldnt work. hes going to check again just to make sure.
