APC is the same as eBay garbage - don't waste your time or money.
I don't have any personal experience with Anzo, but 5 minutes Googling product reviews basically says the same thing - cheaply made, questionable fitment, poor sealing.

Ebay ones will work...but,
a. They may not fit perfectly
b. They may not be sealed properly
c. The Beam Pattern May Not be right at all
Only C happened to me with my Ebay headlights...other than that they look (appearance wise) great.
Try Depo or OEM Stanleys...probably your best bet

OEM. You can find a pair in decent condition if you diligently keep an eye on Craigslist.
If you're going to retrofit projectors into them, then go ahead and get aftermarket headlights because you'll be re-sealing them and using your own beam anyway.
