Re: looking at a dx. and wondering how hard it is to drive with no p/s (ketchup!)
Its really not that hard actually, When the car is at a dead stop and your turning the wheel, its alittle hard to turn. But once the car is moving, it feels just like having power steering again except with alittle stiffness on the wheel. I perfer to have all my hondas with no P/S, there light cars anyways. Just try it, good luck!

give it a few days you won't even notice the difference.
my wife used to have an EG hatch DX and i have a DX EK, they're super easy to drive, the road feel is great and PS is one more thing you'll never have to worry about having problems with and/or fixing
i'll tell you manual steering is nothing like a PS system that has quit working. they've designed it this way. i'm kinda bias but i think manual steering is easier. best thing to do though is to test drive it and find out first hand.

+1...it also sucks if your working on ya car and need to turn the wheel without starting it. but everybody wants a work out right

i have a 94 dx and like it was said above it's kinda hard when at a stop but i mean if you have any type of strenght in your forearms you'll be ok. it's fine when you are rolling.
