Default looking for auto-cross drivers info

I'm going to be purchasing a car for auto-cross this summer and I was wondering if you guys could enlighten me on the civic hatchback models 1990-1995...I'm looking to find out which year/model is good for this type of sport, suspension upgrades, performance upgrades...basically im looking for the model that has the most possiblities on the market...

thanks

Hey guy....The best way to help you would for you to go to the AutoX forum....those guys are gurus.
EDIT: I believe it goes the newer the year the heavier they get....
If you do a SEARCH on model years you will find out which one is the lightest out of the different models.

92-95 is the easiest to swap parts over from a Teg..see my sig

although the 88-91 hatches are cheap and can be very qucik and nimble
