Default Lookie what nitrous can do to a Civic motor! KABOOOOM!!!

I won't say whos block this is =p

I will say it was not me though. I did take the pics however.

So what happened? A huge ******* nitrous bottle ran straight to the intake with NO regulation on the bottle is what happened. LOL. I wasn't around nor involved in this haha.

Here's 4 pics for now. This is just to show that you shouldn't play around with this **** hahah.

LIGHT from the other side of the block

Luckily the pistons didn't break. The rods however tore the **** out of the block. One rod is bent, and I believe 3 of them broke. Pistons are just sitting in the block.. and the head survived.

This thread shouldnt be about what nitrous can do to your motor but what a ******* idiot who improperly uses nitrous can do to his motor.

Looks like you and the mad scientist have to rip apart the block and replace the fried piston rings. LOL

pretty bonehead mistake to forget them.

sounds like he ran a straight shot lol. Generally, you can keep whatever bottle you have and just change the fuel and nitrous solenoids to increase or decrease the shot size. Sounds to me like he gave it a 200000hp shot and it go poof.

That's pretty. I guess it's reason enough to keep some people away from forced induction, they cannot handle it.
