i dont know if the body flex's there but i do know that people make bars that mount in the same spot i noticed my car seems to handle better a little bit id say it is just like adding another strut bar its the same feeling.

i was wondering..is it wise to make home made strut bars ?
what kind of materials should you use when thinking about it ? cuz i mean im sure you could go out and buy a piece of metal and bend it into a spoon bar shape and all...

if you just bend a bar you're going to decrease it's strenth. They are heat bended and then welded onto brackets. Don't go ghetto with this stuf unless you're handy with a welder
