Little Sol Body Flex
I need help .... I want to tighten my Del Sol’s body up as much as possible. I know that there is going to be some body flex I have to deal with, but it feels like it is going to rip in half. I need the strongest front and rear strut tower support and anything else that might help.
Thanx

I can vouche for Neuspeed FUS and RLT. I made the mistake of wasting my money on a DC rear upper and it sucks... too much flex. The rear sway in the del sol is already beefy but there are upgrades... maybe Progress would be a good choice. Just don't get an adjustable.. get one made for that chassis. Good luck.

Re: (strahd_zarovich)
Look at my site (link in sig, click on SET UP from MENU). My car is very tight (for a non-caged del Sol)....
Neuspeed front upper strut bar
Neuspeed rear upper strut bar
Neuspeed rear lower control arm tie bar
ITR rear anti-roll/sway bar w/Beaks SRK II
Progress Competition coilovers (not slammed!)
Stock 93 del Sol Si front anti-roll/sway bar
45 series tires
HTH!!

Find a local building supply store and ask for a foam insulation material called "Handi-Foam" Its a two part epoxy type foam that sets chemically and is quite strong. Inject that into all the body cavities like the rocker beams, door sills, and door frame and you WILL notice a difference. The Sol is notoriously flexy but the foam trick should work. I did it to my hatch and the difference was impressive
If you can't find it locally try a place called ITW Foamseal (search the internet) they have the same exact stuff but charge slightly more for it. (only a few bucks really but I'm a cheap bastard)
Whatever you do, DO NOT use the single can spray foam insulation stuff you find at Home Depot. Its not nearly strong enough and only hardens in open air. If you try to inject that crap into the chassis you will only make a big mess.
