Default Little input. Lower control arm issues

Ok so as we all know. Honda rear suspension bolt suck. They clearly dont know what anti seize does. And living in ohio with the salty roads, new stuff is seized in no time.

Ive decided to upgrade my current setup to 5 lug. Seeing how the lower control arm bolts are all seized to the suspension(shock base, and trailing arm), what does anyone suggest me doing.Ive heated them up tried and tried. 2 bolts are broken off in the bushings. So its allready a lost effort for the current stock bushings.

Ive contemplated buying shorter camber corrective lca from spc. That way i get new bushings, and camber correction. Or ive concidered getting some sort of aftermarket bushing for them if they are made? or just getting new factory bushings pressed in?

I have a 98 civic ex, so the parts would be for the 98 ek rear lower control arm.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and any imput on where to look and pricing if available.
