A little header identification help please??

This guy is selling his header and claims its a 98+ spec ITR header, but everyone Ive seen doesnt look like this. Its emission stamped so it looks to be a legit JDM header, but can someone please tell me what it may or may not be so I dont get ripped off.

Yeah its not ITR, but it looks like a replica b16 without the heat shield on either side and seperated exhaust 'tubing'--whats that word again--

well it says b16a so its a regular b16a header

No not the real thing. I would much rather have a JDM ITR header than that. The stainless steel on the real deal is much better quality and is a 4-1 on the '98 Spec. I can't believe he's selling it as a '98 Spec JDM ITR header, ha.
