Limited Slip Diff on my old tranny...
...off my old JDM b16 auto tranny that is (yes they do have lsd). I was just wondering and this may be a stupid question (if it is no need 2 let me know it) but is their any chance it can fit or be used in my manual tranny (GSR Y80).

Yes it's going to work.
Just make sure you have the same 4.40 final drive gear on the diff as the Y80 (some B16 trannies are 4.26). You are going to have to install the taper bearings on the diff too.
