Re: Lights love to dim. WTF (HondamanXxX)
it just happens... both my cars do that... i have a brand new battery in my hatch with a new motor it does it... and i got a new motor in my accord ... older battery but still it does it... its just the change in voltage and the alternator cant match it that instant so it draws a little and dims everything .. its nothing to worry about

mine did that after the swap... i just cut the wire coming fromt the ecu that controls the voltage regulator. works fine now, puts the same amount of vol as it should.

the thick white wire that bolts down to the alternator terminal, there is another nut under the first one. check to see if its loose. basically the connection is sandwiched between two nuts. it cured my problem. not saying you'll have the same.
