Lighting Q for you guys
This may be a weird question, but I figure one of you guys would know. When my lights are turned off, I get this little blue light in the dash. When I turn them on, the light in the dash turns off. I found it was quite odd because usually in other cars this little light turns on when you have your high-beams on, and I know for a fact that the high-beams are not turned on. Is there something wrong with my wiring, or is this normal on these cars? Thanks.

Re: Lighting Q for you guys (joe_bocc)
It's the high-beam light. Is there another one? Here's how mine works:
All lights off = little (high-beam) blue light on
Parking lights on = little (high-beam) blue light on
Headlights on = little (high-beam) blue light off
All lights off = little (high-beam) blue light on
Parking lights on = little (high-beam) blue light on
Headlights on = little (high-beam) blue light off

daytime running lights.
they are the same as highbeams, but only at like 7-8 volts. therefore when the e-brake goes down, the dyaytimes come on automatically. the faint blue is teh Highbeam indicator gettting only 7 volts.
