Default Light and wiper issue

I have a 98 civic coupe with a b20b4 swap. My issue is the front turn single only work when the lights are off. Also the drivers side is very dim compared to passenger. Also when using the washer fluid the wipers only automatically go when the lights are on but dont when off.

This happens when the bulbs aren't grounded. Check the light grounds up front. There's a special piece where several black wires come together and attach to the body, there is one on each side. The washer pump likely also grounds through the left one.

I will check that. Do u happen to know where, like behind the headlight housing or in the engine bay? Thanks so much.

They should be attached to the side of the car in the main part of the engine bay, close to the front but visible without taking anything apart.
