That's interesting...I never thought about the cities with ports or cities on US borders being harder hit, but it does make perfect sense. I kinda wonder why the MD/VA/DC area is getting hit so hard...I guess the ******** around here are just stealing our **** and building their own hybrids from our hard earned parts

Wha? I thought San Diego would be #1 by a long shot. It's a huge port, and it's like, 10-20 miles away from Mexico!

I was surprised to see L.A. was'nt on the top 5...Still disturbing news, think about all that money!
Stiffer penalties...? Doubt it. Budget cuts nationwide are not favorable in regards to stepping up police activity, they don't give a **** about a car...they're more interested in persuing traffic tickets
