So the old owneres license plates are stuck on my 99 4 door

the bolts are very rusted and I can't even turn them at all , i've tried everything , how can I get these off , should I just pay a shop 40 dollars to do it for me?

use p/b blaster heat might melt the plastic around it before it gets hot enough to be helpfull....all the shop will do is break the heads off, take the surrounding plastic off, heat and remove the bolts. now you know how to do it. have at it.

kroil if you can find it and it's way better than pb blaster, we have to special order it so I dought you will find it like pb blaster... this is why I replace all my bolts with ss shcs, one they don't rust and two if anyone wants to try to jack my plates I dought they will have an allen wrench handy.
