Probably the same quality as other "ebay" parts. Also pretty much RICE.

Not that it's technical in any way but if you think they look good then by all means buy them and install them. Come back with pics of the finished product.
But as stated they look to be very poor quality.

It was worth a try to see if anyone had installed them yet. It's a cool concept, providing light in your door handles - comes in handy if approaching your car from a distance at night.
I might try them out eventually, but I've got some other stuff to get first.

Some cars do have them...but on the side mirros instead of the door handles. If you are good with wiring, you can have them connected to an aftermaket alarm. Pretty much it will be tied into the "domelight supervision" circuit.

an idea to have them come on while approaching your car would be a keyless entry sytem connected to your interior lights, I don't think honda put the light option on their older cars. Tell you the truth as you can see from my first response its a useless Ricer mod that serves no purpose no matter what excuse, only will impress European dudes, but I am trying to respect each his own saying. so I will be light... I once got banned for speaking my mind. hope you can use my tip on installing it.

I get everyone's point that its ricer-ish...but the concept/idea looked cool. I figured it could be wired to an aftermarket alarm that also activates the dome light, etc..

If it's your thing, go for it. I don't think I'd mind the underlit LED portion but the visible lens on the outside looks tacky IMHO.
I can't possibly imagine they'd be plug and play like it says. I don't know about you guys, but I don't have an accessory cable in my door for aftermarket light up handles lol.
I think you'd be happier opening up your door, and drill a hole and slotting the sides to accommodate a neo wedge LED bulb just to do the underlying LED effect.
Aftermarket doorhandles, LED lit or not, are horrible. I used some because I figured "Hey, how bad can you screw up a door handle?" Apparently the answer, is pretty (*)#ing bad. They would get stuck open, didn't line up right, all kinds of mess. Bad idea.
If you wired the neo wedge LED like I spoke of, to the domelight circuit like somebody above mentioned, I suppose it would be alright. If you do anything, post results. Pics or bust.
