at least they didnt take the whole car...
got broken into last night. used a screw driver to pry the instrument cluster out and rip the stereo out. guess i should have had an alarm. also just a point to ponder. i doubt they would have gone through the trouble to pry the stereo out if they hadnt been able to get the face plate out of my glove compartment. take the face with you ppl.

p.s. im upset about this but im thankful that im alive. material possesions can be replaced.

Man, that sucks. But, alarms are not worth the $$$. Even the amateur car thief can disable most kinds of alarms fast enough that the owner won't know about it. My suggestion is the Lawman Autolock....at least they won't be able to get your car.

sup tony! as of right now im convinced that nowhere is safe. i live in a decent neighborhood. i guess a bad element just found its way in.
update: i ordered my window this morning. that was $150 and i called around and found a WHOLE DASH for $125 plus shipping. at lunch i went out and looked a little more and it appears that they stole some tools out from under the passengers side seat and TRIED to get the amp out from under my seat, but couldnt. like i said. it sucks that my car was broken into but im just glad i wasnt there. id rather have them do it when i wasnt around than them do it while i was in the car.

it doesn't matter where you are. i got my car broken into in cordova. and people think it is the safest place around. i think they steal just as much or even more out here though.
