Default lean @ wot?

how likely is it that a single 3rd gear wot pull to redline while being extremely lean has caused damage to the block???

The first things I'd do would be some basic tests to help determine the health of the motor, such as a leak-down and a compression test.

Generally no, but both can be useful in their own way. I'd start with a simple compression test first.

this is with a type r motor ?

what ecu is being used?

Ive seen some POS skunk programs run at 15.5 WOT

could a really bad fuel fitler cause this luserkid? or maybe a o2 sensor?
