So i spent the better part of these last two hours searching but cant find the answer to a question. Im looking for the names of a part and bushing i need on my 93 sol, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I need the name of the bushing (both sides are cracked to hell when i "accidentally" launched my the car about 5 inches off the ground" and the name of the peice it goes into.

You can do either. Supposedly you can hammer them out.

before you remove the old bushing measure the depths of the Bushing shell the new one needs to go in the same depth and orientation. There are many DIYs on doing this and many tools that let you replace the bushing with the trailing arm on the car here is a link http://www.tooltopia.com/schley-6510...n=shopzilla_r1
You can find them used for cheep.
Here is a link to a DIY using the tool, you dont have to unbolt the toe adjuster at the front of the trailing arm to make enough room to change the bushing

using a torch works great with removing them as well took me 5 minutes. and yes they can be beat out but the rubber on the inside will need to be grounded off clean and way messier to do it this way.
