LCA bolts - tips and tricks anyone?
i have to remove / replace my struts soon and last time i didnt have very good luck.. like every other lca bolt was siezed into the bushing and or broke
soaking them with pb and using my impact didnt help much. turns a 3 hour job into an all night crapfest

Had the exact same problem. I broke 3 of mine. Had to drill them out and replace te bolts from Honda.

there are no tips.
its like asking for chemotherapy tips.
rust is rust, if you want a tip buy new lca's and treat them with anti seize, and also keep them well lubricated throughout their lifetime so it won't happen again.

If theyre siezed, buy a cheap grinder, good size punch and 5lb sledge - be ready to to cut the nut off the shocks and pound the bolt through the bushing.
Thats probably the best tip you will get.
Replace w/ new hardware and slather the hell out of it w/ antiseize
