Re: LCA (SkIp_Civic_Ek6)
Aftermarket? Omnis are nice imo. Only $104 shipped. Be aware that bushings that come in most aftermarket lcas are not that good. I would replace them with oem, or poly, etc...

Re: LCA (SkIp_Civic_Ek6)
What is wrong with ur stock lca???
if it isn't bent...why change it???
you save about 2.5lbs only...
unless ur building a serious track car, you don't need to change em..
------------
now ur bushings is another story...
if u are going to replace ur bushings with poly ones... make sure u lube em correctly or they won't last too long...
OR
install a greese zerk in ur lca.. by drilling and tapping one into it... that way u can re-greese the poly bushing with greese to prolong their life.
the poly bushings without lube, sorta stick to the metal...and twist then tear...
i think the rubberones.. don't stick as much.. so thats why they last longer without constant lubing...
----------
i don't really know for sure.. its just from what i've read...
cause some ppl say that poly sucks and hard rubber is way better...
but then i found this: http://www.k20a.org/forum/showthread.php?t=5952
i don't know if u want to or if u can drill and tap aftermarket lcas.. but u can give it a shot...
but really why do u need to change the lca if it isn't broken...

i think ur a lil too drunk to type....
well if ur lcas are damaged...then replace them.
never said don't replace them
just if ur going to put poly bushings.. figure out a way to install some greese zerks into the lcas...
