i think that's the IAT sensor. goes on the manifold. i think your manifold doesn't have the plug.

There is also a plug that plugs into the ps pressure switch on the steering rack. Maybe check it since you said your car is running fine.

How much slack does it have? Does it seem like it goes in the back of the engine bay or does it reach up front. I can go take a look later today to see if I can find the same color wires.

Im pretty sure it connects to the EVAP purge valve. Its a little black cannister that bolts to a tab on the IM. USDM motors have it. JDM motors dont. Yours may have broken off. It runs on a vacuum from a nipple on the back drivers side of the IM.

I have a JDM engine. If I don't find it, then I guess the post above is right.

Just hide the plug if you`re that worried.

It goes to the power steering presure switch. It should be on the p/s hose below the intake manifold.

I have 2 of the same things left over. One goes to the IAT sensor on the Intake mani. One was on some black peice I am guessing the evap purge and I don't know where the other goes.

its your secondary o2 sensor plug, you wont be needing it to plug into anything since you allready have one in the header.

the person who said evap purge solenoid was right, here is my thread on it

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=859796

you might need it because now you have an empty spot on your chracol canister where it would hook to the solenoid you are missing, but since you are using a jdm computer it does not look for the evap purge solenoid hence no check engine light.

if you were to plug in a usdm ecu you would get a check engine light

o2 sensors have 4 wires, not 2.

Looks like evap purge solenoid to me, too.

I don't think so, the wire colors are wrong. The purge control solenoid wires should be blk/yel and red/yel. He said the wires were grn and blk. P/S switch is the only one with those colors.
