largest offset, without going silly, work equip 03
What can i run for a massive lip, i have a 99 civic thats stripped, i can cut the fenders and bang them out a little.
15x7 with a +15 ofset, work.. this wheel setup is only for weekends/shows.. i was thinking 15x7 +15 in the rear, maybe 15x8 +25(ish) in the front.
anyone have a setup like this, and my first question.
photos for the photo monkeys....

On a FWD getting a deep offset like a set of Volks on a 240sx is not only difficult, but throws off the entire steering geometry that Honda worked so hard to perfect. I wouldn't recommend deviating much from the standard offset for the 15x7, because it can cause premature wear on your wheel bearings, and be much more prone to rub.
Don't get me wrong... deep dish wheels look HOT.. but you can't get much deep on your dish for a FWD.

I have heard it all before. Just so you know, I like my rims and that's all that counts. I enjoy being different, especially from all those jdm idolizers.
Cheers

Actually, (I don't want to high jack this thread) but they belong on an old BMW, they spun on a Dub for a while and eventually found their way onto this civic.

Old Old BMW, they were made in 1987 in WEST Germany...lol, Whatever, they are 13s and rubber on the costs nothing plus no one in their right mind would ever want to steal those.
