Its not from the heater core. I live in Portland so this is a huge pain is the ***. Is there anywhere that I should look first? I had another 93 Civic that did the same thing, but it wasn't nearly as bad. It leaks on both sides if leave my left foot up there it will be soaked after a long drive. Thanks in advance for any help.

Ill take a look at the windshield seal . How do you replace it?

there is a service bulliten where they didn't put enough sealant on the frame rail to bulkhead seams on both sides and around the hood hinges which will show up like this over time just as easy get a 6$ tube of poly sealer for chimneys or gutters at local hardware store, pull fenders and shoot sealant on seams and reinstall fenders

I just saw that you posted. I wish i would have read this first, just pulled off the hood and cowl, and that thing is a bitch! haha
