Default Kosei K1's w/ Kumho 712 for my CX hatch

My dad just came home and asked me what i wanted for my birthday. I said i cant stand the 13' steel rims i have on my CX so can i get some wheels. So ive decided to get white 15x7 Kosei K1's with 205/50-15 Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 tires. What offset wheels should i get? Will i get any rubbing with the 205 tires?

40-43 is good.....but why 205, go with 195, cheaper, lighter and less problems with rubbing...

I've heard rubbing issues with the 43 offset 15x7" Kosei K1. I have the Kosei K1 in 16x7.5" with 43mm offset and it rubbed on my UCA (upper control arm) so I filed it down about 1-2mm and now it's fine. I'm also running 215/40x16" Kumho 712s for autocross on those wheels.

I would get the 38mm offset for the 15x7". You just cannot drop your car more than 1.5".

205/50x15" will give better cornering traction. Plus 205s are perfect on a 7" wide wheel. Why do you think people are running 205/40x17 & 205/45x16" You shouldn't rub with the right set up.

45mm offset would be your best bet....they dont have 43mm offset for the 15" k1.

You'll need to file down the upper control arm a bit, because Honda failed to do so at the factory. They shave the Integras upper control arm

I run 205 on 38mm 15x7 k1's with pro-kit. No rubbing when i had the sohc (i rub occasionally up front with the dohc).
