Re: koni shocks
the shock do not click it just twist clockwise or counter clockwise. it have 2 full turns to either soft or stiff. these shocks are great shocks if paired with ground control coilovers!!!

Re: koni shocks
Koni Yellows are single (rebound) adjustable only, not compression/rebound. You can have them custom vavled for the latter if you send them to Koni and pay the price to make them double adjustable.
They do not click like like some, you twist the **** and as you twist it, it stiffens or softens as you twist. Think of it as infinitely adjustable windshield wipers vs wipers with 4 defined setting.
As for the lowering, Koni Yellows have a snap ring. Standard Koni Yellows have 3 positons for the snap ring. The spring perch (or Ground Control Baby Sleeves) sit on the snap ring. You can adjust the height (raise or lower) by putting the snap ring in one of the 3 grooves on the shock body. The spring perch or GC baby sleeves then sit on the snap ring. The postion of the snap ring can lower or raise where they sit on the shock body, which is how the spring perch can "lower the car."
Also, Neuspeed spec Koni yellows have a 20mm shorter shaft than standard Koni Yellows, and a 5 way adjustable perch vs 3 way.
Neuspeed spec Koni Yellows pair up great with Ground Control Coilovers (the baby sleeves sit directly on the snap ring)
You have to get the Neuspeed spec ones from Neuspeed or a Neuspeed distributor.
The 1992-95 Civic/Del Sol PN is 2-8041.1152 SP3 for the fronts, and 2-8041.1153 SP3 for the rears.
For 1996-2000, the PN's are 2-8041.1152 SP3 Front, and 2-8041.1240 SP3 Rear
Here's a link to the Neuspeed catalog page listing them

If I remember right, the SP3 on the part number is what defines them are Neuspeed Spec. This should be engraved on the shock somewhere too.

Re: koni shocks
Here is their number. I'd give them a call and tell them your using Koni's and what to buy the coilovers with the baby sleeves, and ask what to do.
Ground Control: 530-677-8600
Here is a link to their web-store page. They have several choices for 92-00 Civic. If you want custom spring rates (but are not sure what), give them a call, as they can do it.
If you order online, make sure to check you Koni as the shock type. The have several different coilover choices in their webstore. The spring rates/lengths are what is different. They have coilovers for road race, standard, swapped motors (you specific the swap, since different motors weight different amounts), etc. Ground Control is top notch, and they have always been helpful on the phone when I called.
