Koni Reds Adjustablity??

Koni Reds Adjustablity??
i have the koni reds on my car and today im trying to adjust the shocks...they have directions on how to adjust them on their website but im wondering if anyone has adjusted koni reds before and to tell me if im doing this correctly or not because it's not budging one bit..the directions on the website is a bit dificult to understand...thanks guys..

you have to push the metel rod all the way down and turn left to soften the shock
and right to make it firmer

well what i did was put the shock in a vice,clamp it then depress the shock then turn
it should turn cant remeber if i felt pressure but if your doing it right once you turn it all the the way left or right it should stop
oh and always do 2 shocks at once to evenly adjust the shocks

I thought reds were n/a, only the yellow sports were adjustable
