Default Koni Reds

ok i have a EG hatch that i picked up about a month or 2 ago
anyways long story short i just found out that the car is sitting on Koni Reds
to what i know.. the Koni's r adjustable. i went onto the site and checked it out myself and the only way it seems to me is that the only way i can adjust these is by taking the shocks out of the car to adjust them.. is there anyother way i can adjust them?
i know some other shocks out there u can use allen key to just turn the top and it'll adjust it to softer/harder ride... so i was wondering if there anyother way around this other then taking the shocks out?
thanks guys

reds are like that - adjust off car only
yellows are adjustable on the car, from the top
