Knuckle and UCA won't bolt in

I was taking out my suspensino earlier. I dissembled the entire front suspension, but when I was putting my front left suspension back on I wasn't able to get the knuckle to bolt to line up with the upper control arm, it seems like there is something inside my axle's boot(inner boot, not the one next to the knuckle) got stuck and preventing me from moving the upper knuckle freely in and out to bolt up with the UCA.
I can move the knuckle left to right but not in and out. I was guessing that there is something inside the axle boot popped out

~~~~~~~~~~~~umm u shouldn't have needed to take that off anyhow. but since u did... its hard to understand what you are trying to explain. it wont move in and out????? can u pull the uca down to meet with the knuckle?
you would be able to tell if the knuckle inside the axle boot popped out.
