Knock Sensor Question
Ok, the b16a2 that i got didn't have a knock sensor on it. so i ordered one and got it in today. i went to put it on, and the hole (that i think is where it goes) isn't threaded. its right above the oil filter and a little to the left. how is it that i can go and put it in. thanks.

are you sure? there should be a threaded hole straight above the oil filter right where the bottom of the head and very next to the deck of the block....are you sure it not an LS motor?

yes im sure its a b16a2. i see the hole, its right where i though it was, but there are no threads inside of it. i was thining of jsut weldign the sensor onto it.

why would you weld such a sensitive sensor like the KS 
If it's not threaded, go buy a tap and tap yourself some threads
