Killswitch to 1998 civic

I have a 1998 civic ex with a killswitch and I have to killswitches but I lost one and want to get a new one. How can I get a new killswitch?

Well I think that is what its called im not very experienced with cars but under the steering wheel to the right there is a little chip that you put into the car and without it the car wont start.

Oh that could be a Revelco chip/immobilizer. Did you lose it??
