Suggestion #1:Spend lots of money on trying to fit a K-series tranny to a B-series .

Suggestion#2:Keep on dreaming unless you want to spend lot's of money .

What car is this going in and why is it necessary for you to have a 6spd tranny.What tranny do you have right now?

gsr tranny not yet in 95 cx shorter gears and can still have a highway gear

I also wish it was possible to have a 6 speed for my B series too=/. I plan on using mine for road racing and a little track here and there for ***** but mostly road racing so that 6th gear would be nice for that. I figure I will just deal with the 5 gears I have for a few years till the K series swap gets a little cheaper and easier to do.

I am going to ask a stupid question over looking that fact that you would need a custom bell housing adapter, clutch and flywheel setup, axles, mounts, wiring, etc…

K20’s are set up with the transmission to the left of the engine where b, d, etc series engines have the transmission to the right of the engine. That stated, you’d have 6 reverse speeds and one forward… Unless the K-series rotating assembly goes opposite of the b/d series [ie’ clockwise / counter clockwise when looking at the flywheel]. Something you need to look into… i have no idea...

a full k20 swap would be WAY cheaper than fitting just the K20 transmission to a b-series...

Hardy har har asshat There are actually road races out there where you race on public roads/highways. They are legal and they are safely run by organizations. If anyone is from Texas they should know about a few the main one being Big Bend, if you are in Nevada you could know about The Silver State Classic, if you are from Nebraska or close by you may know about the Sandhills Open Road Challenge. This type of racing is more typically done by the Corvettes, Vipers, and many other domestics but there are a few drivers that have started showing up with Evos and WRXs but never have I seen a Honda that is why I am intereted in it. I persoanlly have a goal of getting the car ready in time for the Sandhills race since it is only about 3 hours away from me but we will have to see if money allows. Hopefully this info will stop the smart *** comments, if you have any other questions or if there is interest out there here are a few links so you can read up...
